A comprehensive one-to-one program including detailed assessment, personalised therapy sessions, Ayurvedic practices, practical education and integration support — all tailored to your unique needs and life stage.
All the details
This one-to-one program offers a deeply personalised approach to restoring balance, vitality and ease through the combined wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda.
Many people arrive feeling tired, wired, flat, or simply not like themselves anymore. Sleep may be off. Digestion unpredictable. Focus scattered. Everything just takes more effort than it used to.
Some are navigating hormonal changes, autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, or symptoms that don’t fit neatly into a diagnosis — the kind of “mysterious” health issues that can leave you feeling frustrated or unseen.
Rather than trying to push through or “fix” individual symptoms, we work with the whole of you — body, mind, energy and daily life.
We start with the body.
When the body feels supported, it can begin to soften. Breathing deepens. The nervous system settles. From there, clarity, energy and resilience tend to follow naturally.
Over time, people often notice they feel:
calmer and less reactive
more stable in their energy
clearer in their thinking
better able to rest and sleep
more connected to themselves
In Ayurveda, this rebuilding of deep vitality is known as Ojas — a quiet sense of strength, immunity and inner glow.
How the Program Works
Everything is tailored to you — your constitution, your life stage and what’s happening right now.
Listening First
We begin with a thorough consultation so I can understand you as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms.
We explore your health history, lifestyle, stress patterns, digestion, sleep, and what you’re hoping for.
This includes:
a detailed intake form
a 2-hour consultation in the space where sessions will take place
From this, your program is designed.
Understanding Your Patterns
You’ll receive simple, private video guidance explaining your Ayurvedic constitution and current state of balance — in practical, everyday terms.
Topics may include:
your doshic tendencies
digestion and energy patterns
mental and emotional rhythms
supportive lifestyle shifts
nutrition guidance if helpful
You don’t need to learn Ayurveda.
This is simply to help things make sense.
Personalised Therapy Sessions
Your sessions are slow, spacious and adapted to what you need on the day.
Each 2-hour session may include:
Therapeutic Yoga
gentle remedial, yin or restorative yoga
personalised positioning and movement
breath practices
meditation or deep rest
occasional mantra or mudra
Ayurvedic PracticeS
warm oil self-massage (Abhyanga)
simple daily rituals
herbal or dietary suggestions
nasal nourishment (nasya)
practical guidance you can use at home
Integration Support
We also look at how to carry these practices into everyday life in a realistic way — not another thing to “keep up with.
Trauma-Aware Approach
Everything is invitational.
Practices are optional, with choices offered
No hands-on adjustments unless you request them
Plenty of time and space — nothing rushed
Emphasis on safety, grounding and self-trust
If significant trauma is present, ongoing psychological support alongside this work is required - we’ll chat about this in our first session if appropriate.

COMMON QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
What will happen after I send my EOI?
Once you have sent your expression of interest (EOI) to Nat, she’ll get in touch to start the ball rolling. Its important that we are a right fit to work together. So there may be a phone call or a couple of emails to qualify if this is the case.
Who is this program for?
Nat specialises in offering services to those that are sick and tired of relying on pharmaceuticals and quick fixes; are running on empty, feel overwhelmed and burnt out and/or feeling disconnected from their true essence.
Nat has experience in supporting specific mental health challenges such as: stress, anxiety, trauma, chronic fatigue and depression.
Why are there a minimum of 5 sessions?
The 5 Ayurvedic Yoga sessions are themed to each of the 5 Vayus, which are energy currents within the subtle body that determine how we feel, think and function. Balancing the currents of energy enables: grounding (apana vayu), integration (samana vayu), uplifting (prana vayu), expansion (vyana vayu) and harmonising (udana vayu).
Why do we need to do the consultation?
The consultation is essential in establishing a unique program for your needs. Ayurvedic Yoga recognises you are completely unique and therefore so should your yoga and Ayurvedic self care. The consultation prior to commencing our sessions is neccessary, however, you could opt to exclude the diagnosis mini series.
What is the You Tube Mini Series?
Following the Ayurvedic Assessment, I will be able to determine your Dosha (state of balance), Guna (mental afflictions) and Agni (state of digestion), which form the basis for designing your Ayurvedic Yoga program. A 3-5 part mini series will offer you an understanding of these concepts together with tips on how to integrate this understanding into your lifestyle and diet in order to create deeper change and awareness of the outcomes from the Yoga.
You can choose to exclude the Ayurvedic Diagnosis video if you are not interested in the deeper integration.
Why choose Nat?
Nat is a Yoga teacher of more than 10 years and has been practicing nearly all her life. Nat found Ayurveda a bit later as an incredibly effective tool for diet and lifestyle AND as tool to inform Yoga as a therapy. Nat has personal experience with depression, anxiety, burn out, gut health and (more recently) menopause. You can see all of Nat’s qualifications in the bio section of the website here : LINK.
