Natalie Atkins, Founder

Nat is the founder of Sama Yoga and Ayurveda.

She is driven to offer deep and integrated healing methods that empower people to live their best life in peace and harmony,

Nat brings authenticity to her dedication, having experienced the profound benefits of Yoga and Ayurveda in healing from depression and the myriad of effects of stress and anxiety (e.g. gut disorders, burn out and hormonal imbalance).

With a Yoga practice of more than 25 years, a Yoga teacher of more than 10 years and an Ayurvedic practitioner of 4 years, Nat holds space for healing with strength and compassion.

Nat specialises in seasonal workshops and retreats that offer the embodied experiences resulting from deep initiation of these time-tested practices.

Nat lives her best life in the Dandenong Ranges with her family and animals in the forest.
