You’ll be introduced to practical Ayurvedic principles and daily rhythms that can support balance in everyday life through simple, sustainable practices.

When weather permits, your retreat will be held fire-side in the beautiful yoga studio.

Personalised Ayurvedic Massage

A full 90-minute therapeutic treatment designed to support deep relaxation, circulation and nervous system restoration.

Warm herbal oils are selected to suit your needs, creating a grounding and nourishing experience.

Depending on your preferences, the treatment may include elements such as:

• Abhyanga (Ayurvedic full-body oil massage)
• Indian Head Massage
• Hand and foot therapy
• Abdominal massage or Nabhi basti

For many participants this becomes the most restorative part of the retreat, allowing the body to fully settle and integrate the practices experienced earlier in the day.

You are welcomed with tea and time to settle into the space. Together we clarify your intention for the retreat and what would feel most supportive for you.

A slow yin and remedial practice helps calm the nervous system, release tension and prepare the body and mind for deeper rest.

Ayurvedic self-care and reflection
You are introduced to your dosha and the Ayurvedic principles of maintaining balance, with space for contemplation and journalling to explore your current state of wellbeing.

Deep rest through Yoga Nidra
A guided meditation allows the body to settle profoundly, supporting integration and nervous system restoration.

Personalised Ayurvedic massage
A full therapeutic treatment using warm oils selected to suit your needs, encouraging deep relaxation and grounding.

Integration and closing
