Personalised Ayurvedic Massage

A full 90-minute therapeutic treatment designed to support deep relaxation, circulation and nervous system restoration.

Depending on the weather, fire side.

For many participants this becomes the most restorative part of the retreat, allowing the body to fully settle and integrate the practices experienced earlier in the day.

  • Abhyanga is Ayurvedic full body massage with warm oils specifically selected.

    Combined with either:

    • Indian Head Massage

    • Lovely limbs, fingers and toes

    • Indian Head Massage

    • Abdominal Massage and Nabhi basti (medicated oil in belly button)
